Interactive Brokers (Ticker: IBKR) - Know when to fold them
One thing you’ve got to master in being a trader is turning on a dime. That’s exactly what I had to do with Interactive Broker (Ticker: IBKR). One day after I posted about how much I liked the company, I had to sell it’s stock. I still like the company’s products but the stock wasn’t holding up. It fell below support at 26 and signaled a sell, which I promptly did. Then the stock rallied strongly for a couple days and I wondered, had I been head faked? Today’s 7.89% air pocket that took IB down under 25, a $2.14 drop, settled that question. If only I was a good shorter.
